Particularly low-emission adhesive tapes for roofs and floors

Since mid-January, we are pleased to have received a total of nine EMICODE® product certifications for the areas of pitched roof insulation and floor installation.

EMICODE® stands for particularly low-emission installation materials and building products and guarantees their users clean and safe indoor air. “With these and subsequent adhesive tape developments, we are responding to an increasing demand for products that are harmless to residential health,” says Managing Director Dr. André Körtel.

We offer a range of superior solvent-free adhesive tapes that are used not only in the Construction Industry but also, for example, in the Automotive, Consumer Goods, Health & Hygiene or Energy sectors.

Vapor Barrier Tape made of hand tearable film

Our sealing tape for vapor barrier membranes 98610/E/ has an LDPE carrier film which can be easily torn off by hand. The adhesive tape is equipped with a special serrated cut edge on both sides, which makes it even easier to tear the carrier material during processing. The use of knives or tear-off tools is not necessary.

HighTalent – Solvent-free mounting tapes

The HighTalent product range is based on a newly developed, solvent-free high-performance adhesive that meets all the essential requirements for a hard-wearing mounting tape. The high initial and final adhesive strength, as well as reliable adhesion to low-energy surfaces makes it suitable for all classic applications in the bonding of plastic, wood and rubber profiles, scales, fascias, signs, displays, mouldings, (heavy) decorative parts, foams, felts or aluminium sheets.

Self-adhesive Sealing Compound with shortened drying time

Our sealing compound “SealingTube” is now available with a new formulation. The drying time has been shortened for even faster processing. “SealingTube” is mainly used for connecting airtight membranes to solid components. The solvent-free sealing compound can already be applied at -10 °C (14 °F) and is odourless after curing.

New development: Adhesive processable at -10 °C (14 °F)

We are expanding our product portfolio with a new, solvent-free acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. During development, we attached particular importance to good bonding in cold and humid environments. The minimum bonding temperature is only -10 °C (14 °F). The product is particularly suitable for applications in the construction sector and offers high cohesion values. The adhesive is now available for most of our adhesive tape products.
